To ensure a pleasant stay for all, please take note of the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking and payment
- A reservation is considered confirmed as soon as payment is validated.
- Bookings cannot be cancelled, modified or refundable.
- In case of no-show on the scheduled date, the full amount will be retained.
2. Check-in and check-out
- Please let us know in case of late arrival.
- Late check out may incur additional charges.
3. Equipment and use of the premises
- It is forbidden to move or take away equipment. Any deterioration or disappearance will be invoiced.
- The use of the hot tub is subject to the following rules:
(1) Do not eat, drink, or throw objects into the hot tub.
(2) Limit access to 4 people at a time.
(3) Cleaning or repair fees may apply in case of non-compliance.
4. Occupation of the premises
- The number of occupants must not exceed that indicated when booking. Any additional person not declared will incur additional charges.
5. Internal regulations
To preserve the comfort of all:
- No smoking: In rooms and common areas (except designated areas).
- Pets: Not allowed, except for exceptions that have been previously validated.
- Respect for calm: Between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. Any excessive nuisance may result in penalties or eviction without reimbursement.
6. Deposit and damage billing
- Any damage or missing equipment will be invoiced according to its value or repair costs.
7. Responsibility
- The residence declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or damage to your personal property.
- Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the establishment.
8. Health and safety
- The introduction of dangerous or illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
- Respect the safety instructions posted in the rooms and common areas.
- The jacuzzi must be used in accordance with the rules to guarantee your safety.
9. Legal provisions
- This regulation is subject to the laws in force in Belgium.
- In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of Grimbergen.
- Any breach of these conditions may result in immediate expulsion without reimbursement.
10. Personal data
- Your personal data is collected only to facilitate the management of your stay. They will not be shared with third parties without your agreement, in accordance with current regulations.
11. Acceptance of conditions
- By validating your reservation, you unreservedly accept all of these general conditions and the internal regulations.
